Speaker:
Dr. Kristen Hicks-Roof is a Registered Dietitian and an Associate Professor in the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics at the University of North Florida. Her major research interests focus on program development and evaluation using virtual technology. One program is focused on interprofessional education and communication among the healthcare team. The second program is focused on virtual project-based mentoring in dietetics. She is an expert at mentoring program development and evaluation, with emphasis on leadership integration. Dr. Hicks-Roof is an active researcher, having presented her research at over 70 invited and professional presentations and has over 70 published articles and media.
