Speaker: Katherine A. Sauder, PhD

Speaker Bio: Dr. Katherine Sauder is an Implementation Scientist and Associate Professor at the Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Dr. Sauder studies how nutrition and other modifiable factors contribute to chronic disease in women and children. She uses observational and intervention methods to identify and test health behavior prevention strategies with potential for widespread implementation.
